Who is this trip for?Those looking to join a maximum of 12 ladies (sorry, ladies only!) for a weekend of golf, relaxation, and camaraderie in the heart of the Catskills.

What skill level is required to participate in the golf weekend?The golf weekend is open to golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy the game.

When is payment due?A $600 non-refundable payment is due to register for the trip. Final payment is due by August 15th, 2024. All participants must register by July 7th, 2024.

What time does the weekend officially start?We will kick off the weekend at 5:00 pm with a welcome tasting at The Vineyard at Windham. However, you are more than welcome to arrive as early as 12:00 pm to enjoy the amenities at Wylder Windham as well as the surrounding area.

Will transportation be provided?No, you will need to get to the Catskills via your own means of transportation which will then be used as needed throughout the weekend.

Which meals and drinks are included?The welcome tasting the first night and the group dinner the second night are included. There is Babblers Bakery on premise where breakfast can be purchased as well as places within driving distance. I will be providing a list of local spots closer to the trip.

Is this trip dependent on the weather?This trip will take place whether rain or shine. We will make the best of it either way!

Can I extend my stay beyond the scheduled dates of the golf weekend?Absolutely! Many participants choose to extend their stay to further explore the area or enjoy some additional leisure time. If you wish to extend your stay, please let us know, and we can provide assistance with accommodations and activities.

Where will we be staying?We will be staying at the charming Wylder Windham in The Manor Queen rooms which are approximately 400 sq ft and feature two queen sized beds, views of the mountain and Windham Golf Club and a private balcony.

What amenities are on property?Amenities at Wylder Windham include heated outdoor pool, wood fired saunas, fire pits, electric bikes, pickle ball courts, indoor recreation room and hammocks. Follow this link to check out Wylder Windham.

What is the arrangement for accommodations?Double occupancy: If you know who you would like to share a room with, please include their name in the registration form. Otherwise, you will be assigned a roommate. Single occupancy: If you would like your own room, it is subject to availability and will come at an additional cost.
