If you're a solo traveler looking to be paired with a fellow golfer, you will be placed on the "Gal Pal" list. Payment will be collected once there is a match.

3. ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, YOUR SPOT ON THE TRIP WILL OFFICIALLY BE SECURED!

  • Who is this trip for?
    Those looking to join a maximum of 8 ladies (sorry, ladies only!) for 4 days of golf, relaxation, and camaraderie in Palm Beach County, Florida.
  • When is payment due?
    Deposit: A $500 non-refundable payment is due to secure your spot on the trip. Final payment: Due by January 15th, 2025 All participants must be registered and paid by January 15th, 2025.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellation On or Before January 15th, 2025: The trip package minus the $500 non-refundable deposit and any additional fees or non-refundable deposits imposed by the vendors (green fees, hotels, etc.) will be refunded. Cancellation between January 16th, 2025 and February 3rd, 2025: 50% of the total package minus the non-refundable deposit and any additional fees imposed by vendors will be refunded. Cancellation After February 3rd, 2025: For cancellations made after this date, the trip is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another guest. Please note that finding a replacement is the responsibility of the guest canceling.
  • What is the minimum group size required for the trip to proceed?
    A minimum of 6 ladies is required for the trip to proceed. If fewer than 6 are registered by January 4th, 2025, any payments made will be fully refunded.
  • When does the trip officially begin?
    The trip officially kicks off at 7:00 PM with a welcome gathering at the hotel bar for drinks and mingling.
  • Will transportation be provided?
    Round-trip transportation will be provided to all golf courses. Additionally, The Seagate offers complimentary transportation to and from The Seagate Hotel, The Seagate Beach Club, and The Seagate Golf Club. Drop-offs are also available within a 3-mile radius of The Seagate Hotel. This service is available daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Please note that airfare is not included and will need to be arranged separately. The closest airport is Palm Beach International (PBI), but Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) and Miami International (MIA) are also convenient options nearby.
  • Which meals and drinks are included?
    Daily breakfast is included at The Gate Café. The Seagate offers a few on-property dining options, including The Venetian Street Hotel Bar, The Gate Café and Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina (scheduled to open early 2025), the hotel pool bar and in-room dining. There is also Mr. Seas at the nearby beach club. In addition, I’ll also provide a list of nearby spots for off-property dining in the heart of Delray Beach.
  • Is this trip dependent on the weather?
    This trip will take place whether rain or shine. We will make the best of it either way!
  • Can I extend my stay beyond the scheduled dates of the golf weekend?
    Absolutely! If you wish to extend your stay, please let me know, and I can provide assistance with accommodations and activities.
  • Do I need to purchase travel insurance for this trip?
    While travel insurance is not required, we highly recommend it to protect your investment. Travel insurance can cover unexpected changes, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Once your deposit is received, I’ll send you a quote for a recommended travel insurance plan, though you’re not obligated to purchase through me. You’re welcome to explore other providers to find the coverage that best fits your needs.
  • Where will we be staying?
    We will be staying at the iconic PGA National Resort located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens. Boasting 99 holes of championship golf, this resort and spa provides unrivaled facilities and first-class services. In addition to 6 championship golf courses, including the famed Champion Course, there is also a state-of-the-art Sports & Racquet Club featuring 19 tennis courts and a 40,000-square-foot spa with the exclusive Waters of the World outdoor mineral pools.   • What type of rooms will we be staying in?
    We will be staying in Deluxe Resort View Rooms which are approximately 400 sq ft and feature two queen sized beds, views of the golf course, spa or courtyard and a private furnished balcony or terrace.   • What amenities are on property besides golf?
    Amenities at PGA National Resort include an expansive pool complex featuring a resort-style pool, private cabanas, and a poolside bar, a state-of-the-art sports & racquet club with tennis and pickleball courts (bring your own equipment or rent for a fee), a luxurious spa and wellness center, and complimentary fitness classes.
  • What are the rooming options for this trip?
    Double Occupancy (two Queen beds): If you know who you would like to share a room with, please include their name in the registration form. Otherwise, you will be assigned a roommate. See next question for more details. Single Occupancy (one King bed): If you would like your own room, it is subject to availability and will cost an additional $955.
  • What if I am a solo traveler and would like to share a room?
    If you're planning to join solo and want to share a room, we’ll place you on our "Gal Pal" list to connect you with a fellow golfer. We’ll reach out promptly once a match becomes available! Until a match is found, no deposit or payment will be collected and your spot on the trip is not secured. If a match isn’t available, there’s the option to upgrade to a single room for an additional cost of $955 as long as there are still spots available on the trip.
  • What can I apply the resort credit to?
    Resort credit can be applied to the following charges: • Spa Services as published in the Menu, including Skin Care, Treatments, Spa Bundled Packages, Wellness • MKT grab-and-go* • Lobby Bar* • Birdie’s Diner* • Butcher’s Club* • Honeybelle* • Spa Café* • Pool Bar* • Concessions* • In-room dining* • Recreational activities *includes alcoholic beverages Resort credit CANNOT be applied to: • Room Rate, Resort Fee, Taxes, Cancellation or early departure Fees, Tips, Gratuity, and Services Charges • Sushi by Bou Restaurant • Members Club restaurant • Retail items at ProShop or other retail stores • Golf Clinics with Pros, Leadbetter Academy • Golf Club Fitting • Pickleball and Tennis Clinics with Pros • Groom Saloon • Pre-purchases from Resort Pass, Spa Finder and 3rd party companies Resort credit will be applied to qualifying charges only as described above and posted on guest folio.
  • What time is check-out?
    Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Please feel free to enjoy the resort if you will be departing later in the day. The hotel will gladly store your luggage and clubs.

After submitting this form, it will be reviewed and then an email will be sent to you with an invoice to pay the initial non-refundable deposit of $500. Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is received.

If you are signing up as a solo traveler,  you will be added to the "Gal Pal" list and will be notified once a match becomes available.  At that point, the deposit will be collected and your spot will be secured.
